For international orders, please make sure you provide us with the correct address as we are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.
On large orders, we can arrange a sample before the order is processed.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
Our minimum opening order is $300, with a reorder of at least $100.PAYMENT:
Orders are placed on our website or through email, with Paypal as our primary method of payment. You can pay using a credit card, your Paypal balance, or bank account. A Paypal account is not required. For larger orders, payment may be made by check.SHIPPING:
In stock items ship within 2-3 business days. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All our products are inspected carefully before shipping. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective merchandise (which is rare!), please let us know within five days of receipt. Defective merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.BRANDING:
All IceyDesigns products should be sold in their original form/packaging. No altering or adjusting our design, logo, etc., please!SAMPLES:
We make sure our products are correctly described and that our photographs represent what each item looks like. However, the product you receive may slightly differ due to computer screen variations.On large orders, we can arrange a sample before the order is processed.
