"I had been looking for a new design for my site for quite a while. A few things I kept coming across were designs that were too busy and little financially out of this world. I was also concerned about how the design would represent me... I put a lot of time (and I really do man A LOT) into my site and my posts, each one reflecting a little of who I am. So obviously I wanted to make sure that whatever blog design I choose would do the same. This of course created a bit of fear while looking for that right design.

That was until I came across IceyDesigns. I have been a follower of IceyBooks for some time and knew that she designed Blogs so one day it clicked to check out her portfolio. AMAZING! I love the subtleness yet in your face designs. And of course the main color of IceyBooks being green, which happens to be my favorite color, helped a bit (snicker snicker). Working with IceyDesigns was pleasant, fun, exciting and so much more. Now I don't know how to design sites and blogs, but I do know that it takes time and a lot effort and creativity - all of which I do not have....

So guess my surprise when I contacted IceyDesigns on a Thursday and had a brand new blog design early the next week. Other designers told me it would be months before I even got to see a rough draft! While IceyDesigns was quick, this quickness did not hinder the quality of the design. My new design is not only clean cut, simple yet in your face, but it also represents me. I review Young Adult Literature of all sorts - so my main target audience is clearly teens. Teens are neither children nor adults - they are stuck in the "in-between". You can actually see this represented in the Banner/Tittle of the design. The 'P's in "Patricia's Particularity" are straight and more business like with a hint of the varsity font of high school, while the rest is fun and quirky just like teens. And of course you cannot forget books, being a Book Blog. IceyDesigns incorporated this perfectly in my Page Titles and SideBar banner titles. Furthermore the colors are bright, without be blindingly bright, and pale without being too clear.

To say I am satisfied with my new design does not begin to describe how much I love my new design. IceDesigns is a must for all Blogs, not just Book Bloggers, to take a gander at if they are in need or just want a new design!"

"Not only is Hafsah funny and personable to her customers, she has a unique touch on blogs that no other designer has. There isn't really a certain word that can describe her way of designing. Your blog needs to stand out, your blog needs to catch the eye and draw readers, and it's hard to truly make the perfect blog design.
