Shipping

Shipments go out everyday of the week, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, as each IceyDesigns product is made by hand with care.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all domestic (US) orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout. IceyDesigns currently ships all orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail from our studio in Dallas, TX. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for First Class orders and 2-3 days for Priority Mail orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International or Priority Mail. Shipping times vary, and can take between 2-5 weeks. Actual delivery time will vary depending on your location and local customs. IceyDesigns is not responsible for purchases held in customs, or any fees, taxes, and/or duties that your order may incur.

Payment

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, electronic check, and Paypal. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 8.25% applies on all orders shipped with the state of Texas, and will automatically be applied to your order. Orders shipped outside of Texas will not be charged tax. Our goal at IceyDesigns is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is returned damaged, a restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your refund. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt. Upon further investigation, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom designs — print or digital — are non-refundable.

INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST

Email returns@iceydesigns.com to initiate your return request. Once you receive a return authorization receipt, carefully package and ship your return to the address provided in your email. Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment. a note about color: As all computer monitors display colors differently, keep in mind that the color on the product you receive will be close but it might not be exactly what you expected. If you're dissatisfied with the color of your product, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to get you a better fit.

Privacy and Security

Your information

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
